Joint Bruce Trail Club, Foothills and ADK outing! The hike starts at Balls Falls Conservation Area near Jordan in the Niagara Region of Ontario. There are some restored buildings and a mill. It has some challenging hills and a bit of road walking passing through the Louth Conservation Area, Short Hills Provincial Park and finishing at the Morningstar Mill. The old mill can be visited for a voluntary donation.
Hike lengh is 17.6 Km (11 miles), but a car will be spotted at the 9 mile point for those wanting a shorter hike. We will carpool from the Williamsville Park 'N Ride at Main Street and Union Road. We will meet up with the Bruce Trail Club at the Morningstar Mill at 9am and carpool to Balls Falls. Bring water, lunch and dress according to the weather.
